Real power lives in our individual choices.

We are a country with heart and compassion, and the fear is that we’re losing it. What we need now is to come together to recapture and reclaim those core values, to keep becoming more perfect in this process.

Operationally, we’re still feeling our way along. People are just beginning to sign up, to say they’re willing to do something to engage in some kind of fast. And as that happens, it starts to spread. It grows exponentially. It multiplies. We don’t know where it will end up in terms of numbers.

We’re not asking anyone to pay dues to be part of this. We’re simply asking people to sign up and register to commit to pause, to reflect, to relate, and then to report back and share what they’ve done.

We’ve created guidebooks and toolkits to help guide people in practical ways they can participate in the fast. We’re trying to make this as simple and accessible as possible. At its core, it’s about being able to say, “I fast in order to achieve this goal,” whatever that goal may be and to act with intention.
